• 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper
• Vertical (Portrait) orientation
• Can be created digitally. Digital submissions accepted by email to yearbook@portolahillspta.org (make sure page is 300 dpi or higher, save as a JPG or PNG)

All Entries Should Include:

• Portola Hills Elementary School
• 2024-2025

Tips for a Good Entry:

• Use lots of color, including the background. Don’t leave uncolored white space.
• Mix up your medium, use crayons, watercolors, markers, pastels, etc.
• Do not add text too close to the edge of the page. Leave 1 inch of space around the edges, (no text) just color. This will avoid print issues when the art is applied to the cover.

Submission:

• Send original artwork to your student's teacher (easiest method)
• Name, grade and teacher on the backside of artwork (not front - very important)
• If artwork is created digitally or scanned, will accept via email to yearbook@portolahillspta.org 
  • Must be 300 dpi or higher
  • Must be sent as a PNG or JPG
  • Must have color from edge to edge. No white space at all.
  • Important details should be within a 1.0 inch margin from the edges
