2.  PURCHASE A PHE YEARBOOK

Must purchase by April 24th in order for your child to receive the book at school during, the last weeks of the year. 

This is when the yearbooks get signed by classmates.

If you miss the deadline, you can still order the book. It will be shipped directly to you. (shipping fee may apply)

3.  CUSTOMIZE YOUR TWO FREE PAGES BEFORE THE DEADLINE

• After you purchase a yearbook, 
  you will see an option to customize your student's yearbook. This is only for YOUR book and is OPTIONAL to complete.
  
  
• On the RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE,
  under the words "Customize [Student]'s Yearbook," CLICK the button that says "Customize." 
  
  
• Upload pictures for your TWO FREE PAGES that will ONLY appear in YOUR yearbook. (You can add more pages for additional fee)

4.  UPLOAD PICTURES FROM PHE EVENTS - WE NEED YOUR PHOTOS!

Please help us make our Yearbook amazing! If you have any pictures taken on school campus, submit the photos in the Treering Mobile App on your iOS or Android phone. It's the easiest way!

Anyone with a PHE Treering account may upload photos. Search for the event folder and drop your photos there. Be sure to include student names and grade. 

If you're not sure which folder to choose, upload to a grade specific candids folder, i.e. "6th grade candids"

5. PURCHASE A RECOGNITION AD

Also known as a "Dedication Ad," we offer 1/8 page ($10) and 1/4 page ($20) size ads. This is optional.

You may purchase ONE ad but can combine more than one student in the ad when you create it, including photos.

Recognition Ads will appear in all yearbooks.

6.  UPLOAD A BABY PHOTO

Upload to the Secondary Photo section through on Treering by the due date.
