Purchasing Older Yearbooks
CLICK HERE to use our TreeRing ordering link that includes the passcode for our school.
When you create a NEW TreeRing account AFTER the print deadline for THIS school year, it automatically creates your TreeRing account for the NEXT school year. These directions show you how to add THIS school year after the print deadline, so you can order THIS year's yearbook and have it sent to your home.
When you log in with an EXISTING TreeRing account created AFTER the print deadline, you start here:

Click “Explore Yearbooks”
At the top of the page, click “My Stuff”
Click “My Kids” then click "Settings"
Click “+ Add New School/Year”
Select “Portola Hills Elementary School”
Select “2024-2025”
Click “Save”
At the top of the page, click "Home," which brings you back to your starting page.
Now, when you click “Explore Yearbooks” it will give you the option to purchase older yearbooks for PHE.
