Help! I forgot to order a yearbook this year!
If you did not set up a TreeRing account during ordering time for the 2024-2025 school year, you must set up a TreeRing account.
CLICK HERE to use our TreeRing ordering link that includes the passcode for our school.
The link will bring you a page with the form below.
Look to confirm that it says "Portola Hills Elementary School."
If you have an EXISTING TreeRing account, go to the bottom of the form and click the GREEN LETTERS that say “Log In.” It will take you to a page that just asks for your email and TreeRing password which will take you to your TreeRing Dashboard. If you already set up your account, but it is only allowing you to buy NEXT YEAR's yearbook, please click to visit our Yearbook Change Year page for directions on how to add THIS school year, and purchase THIS year's yearbook.
If you need to set up a NEW TreeRing account, you must fill in this form. This new form will create an account for NEXT year's yearbook, but you will add THIS year later.
Under “I am a…” choose between the options: (administrator, student, parent, teacher, other staff)
Enter your first name and last name.
Enter your email address to be emailed information about your orders and to use to log in to TreeRing. Also, the yearbook editors can contact you if there are questions about your orders.
Make up a password. Your password must be at least 14 characters long and include a number or symbol. The password criteria can change with TreeRing updates.
Confirm your new password by typing it again.
Click “Let’s get started.”
Enter the student’s first name and last name.
Click “Next”
Add your school year details.
Select "Portola Hills Elementary."
Grade Level for the 2025-2026 school year
Teacher is “Not Applicable” because they haven’t been announced yet.
Click “Next”
IMPORTANT!!!
NOTICE that it now says Portola Hills Elementary and the year 2025-2026.
YOU MUST CLICK “ADD NEW SCHOOL/YEAR” if you want to have access to the 2024-2025 yearbook.
Select "Portola Hills Elementary School."
THEN SELECT THE GRADE, TEACHER, AND 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR.
Click “Save”
Now you will have access to BOTH the 2024-2025 yearbook AND the 2025-2026 yearbook.
Click “Next”
Click "Explore Yearbooks."
The YELLOW box says “Hang Tight” because we are not selling the 2025-2026 yearbooks yet.
The BLUE box says “Purchase older yearbooks for Portola Hills Elementary School.”
Select “Portola Hills Elementary School 2024-2025” from the blue box.
Now you can buy the 2024-2025 school yearbook. Click "Add to Cart."
To avoid these extra steps next year, be sure to keep your TreeRing account up to date and order your yearbook during the open ordering time frame.
